Since a few of us are doing what we can to kick the habit, I was trying to think of different ideas we, as a forum, could help one another.  We don't see each other often enough to someone in the ass for lighting up.  dontknow That's out.  Brainstorming... brainstorming....

Well, without some great epiphany,  idea1  I thought we could start with taking turns coming up with reasons we shouldn't smoke.

One at a time.  I'll start.

Ability to breathe better. I can already tell the difference.... and the "riding" is better too. Must be the extra oxygen

I'm just sick of it. Don't need it and hopefully will save some money for more bike goodies.

X10 icon_thumright to everyone Joining this movement.. I dont want to say ride or train etc cause people fall off of those..

Tracy, Thanks for starting this, I can see this thread geting bigger than any thread yet..

If you feel like puffing, POst Here instead.. We will thefinger you till you change your mind..

Let me add this from today as a reason to quit..
KWR8728 popped in at the house as the UPs man was leaving, Finishing my bike we suited up and Itook him on about a 100 mile tour of backroads I have only spoke of but never posted, Only stopping once for a soda/water and fuel for him. Usually im stopping at each turn just for a reason to smoke.. Not any more..

Moral to this story.. Im going to need a better saddle for the bike now and Quiting is going to easily pay for it..  Ohh I can see the mileages rising now BangHead

 Wheels Wheels Wheels

If your Smoking, Your A^% Better Be on Fire..

Awesome guy's!  icon_salut
I smoked for twenty-something years and quit 3 years ago.
I too was always looking for any reason to stop and smoke.
I was always trying to finish my smoke while everyone else was suited up and waiting.
Be strong. You CAN do it. If you fall off the wagon, DO NOT GIVE UP!

And yes, you DO stink.
